The handles on this bag are too short, since the material of the bag is so hard you cannot hold the bag correctly. Terrible design. The color does not look like the picture at all. It is a very strange color. DON"T BUY Anything from I love Dooney. That company is terrible!!!! They refused to give me a return label for the bag that came from them and did not honor the Amazon Third party refund policy.
