This handbag is perfect in every way. The shipper was great to work with and was readily able to ship me the long purse strap since I have a bad back and need to rotate the purse from shoulder to shoulder. The handbag originally came without the long strap. The shipper was quick to respond and make it right. It’s red on the inside. Yes, red! Making it so that you can see everything inside with ease unlike a black lining. It has an hook specifically for my keys inside the bag itself to attach them to the purse so I can easily use my keys without having to detach them or remove from my purse. It helps me to keep up with my keys and to locate them easily. The bag is ohh so soft. It’s perfect to hold everything inside but not too much to make it heavy on my back. The color of this bag along with the two ways to carry it and all of the pockets inside make this so versatile for any season of the year. From the moment it arrived, I opened the box I knew I had made the right choice. My purse first came without the longer purse strap however, the shipper did everything to ensure that I got the long strap quickly. I am very pleased with the handbag and the shipper. Love this purse over all. It has extra large cell phone pocket inside including 2 other pockets and zip pocket. Roomy enough for my large wallet and glasses. I get a lot of compliments on it.
