    • Must have gotten a bad one.
Chose this one as an update for my S88 based on reviews and specs. Never worked properly out of the box. Charged the phone and formatted fairly easy. Constantly froze and shut down randomly. Could not complete a call without the phone shutting down in the most inopportune moments. Factory reset twice and tried to reformat. The third time it froze before I could get to the second step of set up. Ended up returning the phone and still waiting for refund. Would have preferred a replacement but that option was not given. ... show more

I bought this phone because of how tough it is. I am really hard on phone and just yesterday while out sailing we caught a cross wind and capsized with my phone in my pocket. I purchased this phone to use with T-Mobile. So far it has been bad I have had to get a new SIM card because the phone wouldn't send or receive messages. It's saying trouble sending yet still and drops out service like crazy. I have to keep restarting the phone at least 5 times a day. Not a good product for my service at all. And this is the only phone I have at this time sadly ... show more

I couldn't see paying 1200$ for a phone and this one works as well. No glass back. This is a man's phone. Heavy compared to iPhones and galaxy but I can charge it once every 3 or 4 days.

    • Bought two and both broke In a month
So I bought two and both broke in a month due to a design issue with the thin inner wall of the speakers. One drop a d it hits on the wall in the front of any of the speakers, the phone will loose the screen.Contacted company doogee with pictures and possible fix and never got a response of any kind. Product not worth owning if they dont fix the that design issue... ... show more

Overall, I get it that this phone is about half what I paid for my Samsung Galaxy S21 but the camera on this is no comparison. The pictures are almost foggy, and the color is drab, even on 108 mp mode. Maybe there is a setting that I have not found yet but it shouldn't default to bad. In the OS, there is no bottom tray where are all of my apps would normally be. I had to literally go to the app store and reinstall all of them and create groups so they would not take up a ton of screens. The OS seems to be missing a lot of features that I've become accustomed to. I also have to reboot it one or more times a day, otherwise, apps start freezing and WiFi stops working correctly... becomes super slow on downloads and I'm running gb speeds on my home network. The phone is heavy and sturdy. I actually bought it for that reason. The irony is that there is no rubber on the back so the first time I set it on something, it slid off onto the floor. I doubt they did many usability studies. Next time I will get something with a better camera that I can add a hefty case to. Giving it 3 stars. Not thrilled but I can live with it for a while. ... show more

I've used 'Off-brand' phones for years and have been very happy getting similar performance and features for a fraction of the cost. I chose this phone specifically for the battery, camera specs, and 5G capability. The battery is simply amazing, the camera is good, but lacking given the spec's. However, the phone is buggy, slow, and is easily confused. Rebooting is a daily routine with this phone as it stalls if too many apps are working. I don't feel ripped off so much as disappointed. Frankly, my old phone performed much better on 4G and a simple camera. ... show more
