Well didn't work with cricket wireless gsm. The little bit i used of it didn't seem like the battery was as spectacular as advertised. Better off just buying a good used Samsung galaxy plus. I did get a full refund.

I received the Doogee Note 56X Pro phone several days ago and attempted to set it up to give to my son. I had many basic questions, from what is the function of each of the buttons to how do I perform a multitude of tasks. I looked in the box for a user operating manual (operating instructions) and there was none. I searched online and there is none (including on the manufacturer's website). Finally, in a moment of complete frustration, I emailed Doogee Customer Service and requested a link to the user operating manual. INCREDIBLY, they confirmed DOOGEE DID NOT CREATE A USER OPERATING MANUAL FOR THIS MODEL (email to me dated 02/07/2026). In their exact words: "Dear Customer, Please find enclosed the multilingual instruction manual [does not contain any instructions on operating the phone as they immediately admit]. This document does not include operational tutorials. Should you require assistance during use, please do not hesitate to contact me." In other words, when you receive the phone you are completely ON YOUR OWN to figure out how to use it. And you may never figure out how to perform many operations since you cannot look up how to do so. NOT RECOMMENDED.
