The phone arrived quickly and at first it worked great. Over the next few weeks there were no problem. However after about a month it seemed to lose function and malfunction frequently. It just got worse and worse until it was really unusable. I was frustrated and disappointed but contacted the seller hoping for some resolution. They replied quickly and spent a lot of time trying to find a fix for me. They're sending me a replacement so I am happy to give this product another try. So even though I had some glitches when the phone worked it was user friendly with plenty of storage and a clear screen. It seemed solidly built and had some have to it. At first it was a Solid 5 star but continually got worse however the sellers attention to customer service was was first rate. I am sure that my replacement will offer a five-star experience.

En Argentina (Córdoba) con el chip de Peersonal y Movistar no funcionan bien los datos (sí las llamadas y Whatsapp, pero no navega) hic reseteo de chip, y todas las recomendaciones de configuración sin éxito. Le puse chip de Claro y funcionó sin problemas a la primera. Ahora lo tengo con dos líneas Claro y Personal (puse dos chips) y automáticamente navega por el chip de Claro. El Smartphone funciona perfecto, fuera de ese detalle. Tuve la suerte de tener dos chips porque uno es de mi trabajo.
