My son is extremely hard on phones so he needs something very sturdy and rugged that's not just a case because he'll just take it off and ruin it. This phone is great in that aspect. Very tough and hold up to abuse. Unfortunately we haven't been able to find any service that is compatible with it. Even though one of them looked it up and promised they were compatible, but once we received the sim card and tried to activate it we were then told it is not.
