These are great curtains. The light grey is a warm soft shade of grey that could go with any color decor. The fabric is really soft and for the price you really can't beat it. They're still wrinkled from the package in my photo but I'm sure a quick trip in the dryer will knock it out. I'm considering buying more for my other bedroom! As for the light, I'd say they block probably 90% of light unless the sun is beaming directly into your window and then it's maybe 60%. You can see the difference in the two photos I took. I took them at the same time but one window is in the direct sun. Unless you need the room completely pitch dark, I think these will work great for anyone! ... show more

So glad I found curtains that actually fit my wide windows. Not only do they look great but they truly blackout without having that cheap and annoying plastic on that back. Definitely needed a heavy duty curtain pole.

I painted my room, the feature wall is teal, these teal curtains blended in perfect. They arrived well package, with folding creases in them, that you can iron or steam out easily. I put them up myself, they hang evenly, no complaints. I haven't washed them yet, so can't comment on that .     • Not happy… cannot go in dryer

UPDATE: Despite spending nearly 2 hours (30+ minutes per each panel!!) ironing them, they still have wrinkles!! (Unfortunately, I only had a small tabletop ironing board so that’s why it took longer). I’m hoping I can use my mini steamer to get the wrinkles out. (I even tried 10 minutes in the dry (no heat, air fluff only) and that did nothing. Talk about a “high maintenance” product. The fabric is soft and decent but way overpriced to have to invest this much work! Says machine wash but do not put in dryer. So much for being able to “dry” out the wrinkles. Uggh, guess I have to iron all the panels now. Wish I would’ve realized this prior to purchasing. They also arrived with so many lose threads all over. (Looks to be “stray” threads or else I got a returned item with stuff all over them). ... show more
