This case has been great. It's kept my laptop protected, and it even has this pocket inside to slip your laptop into, and then straps to connect around it to make sure everything is secure. The case is thick, there's lots of padding, and the grooves on the outside insure that your laptop is able to breath when set up on top of it. It's extra durable and the overall performance is great!

This case is not a hard case but pretty solid. I got it for my 16" laptop. Little room for anything else besides the laptop. I can get the charger in there but def not the mouse or much of anything else. There is a very strong and unpleasant chemical smell coming from the material. I will try to see how to get rid of it.

The media could not be loaded. Had to order it twice because it kept getting delayed. But the 2nd 1 I got in 1 day. I have a Acer Nitro 5 17.3 inch and it fits perfectly. There is a secondary pouch at the bottom that keeps you laptop from falling out and it has strap to keep it in as well. It’s not the hard case you guys are probably thinking, but I wouldn’t call it a soft case either it’s actually in between. I was able to fit my mobile hotspot, flash drive, notepad and laptop charger in this case and it fits snuggly. I have 0 complaints. The only thing you make have to do is spray it with Lysol or freeze (whichever) you like because it lets off a chemical smell when it first open. But I assume it’s because they are brand spanking new. However after 3-4 days the smell is completely gone. So again, it fits my Acer Nitro 5 17.3 perfectly, has to pouches 1 to store and the other to protect your laptop from falling out, it is indeed durable and bigger then what it look like! Me personally I will definitely order another for my other laptop now that I know it’s good

Quality seems excellent with good materials and craftsmanship. Fits my 17in laptop and seems to support its heft just fine. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is it fits my laptop and not much else. Want a mouse, put it in another bag. Dongle, nother bag. The laptops charger, yeah not gonna fit. This is for my use case. If you have a thin and lite or a different low power laptop that uses a usb-c charger, you'll be fine. A gaming laptop with a decent sized power brick like mine. Not so much. That's why I docked 2 stars from my review as a laptop case should have plenty of room for the charger and laptop at minimum.
