This case is very sturdy. It fits the HP17 perfect. I like the strap and mesh on the inside that helps to secure the laptop in place. Like other reviews I can confirm there is not room for much more than the laptop so you would have to carry charger in a separate bag. However, this is a great case to protect the laptop from damage.

in theory, this is a very nice case. it does protect your laptop quite well. however, it is too large for a 13.5 in Dell XPS. it took two tries to get the right item shipped. The color is good. you can really see it when it comes out of the security machine. it does add weight to your baggage. I traveled internationally with this case. I found it to be useful but too large for my laptop, Dell 13 inch XPS.
