This is what feels and looks like a quality shorts set. The fabric is 95% Polyester and 5% Elastene and has a decent thickness to it. This fabric is textured and has a minimal amount of stretch. Probably just enough stretch to increase comfort but not enough if you accidentally bought a size too small. It wouldn’t stretch enough to take care of that problem. The neckline is round and rather high cut for summertime and the warmer temperatures it brings. The sleeves are a little longer than cap sleeves but not long enough to hide “bat wings”. One feature I’m not crazy about is that the hem is banded but I’m going to try and wear it folded under so it looks more blousy. The shorts have a color coordinated, exceptionally long, drawstring that looks like it’s made of Nylon. It doesn’t look likely that it will get pulled back into the waistband as shorter strings have a tendency to have happen. The length of the shorts is disappointing as I was expecting them to be more like they are depicted in the online description pics. In actuality the inseam measures 3 1/2” (if I measured correctly. I measured from the midline seam at the crotch down the inside leg seam). I’m not sure if this measurement was included in the online description or not but the pics definitely show the legs being much longer. This is a huge deal to me and it’s my fault I took the pics as Gospel and didn’t check for the measurement. It’s enough of an issue that I probably won’t wear these shorts. One, because shorter lengths tend to “ride up” and force you to constantly adjust and pull back down and the second reason is cosmetic in my case. The color is a beautiful, what I consider “Kelly Green”. Lastly, I should’ve paid more attention to laundering restrictions as this outfit is not supposed to be tumble dried in the dryer and I know myself well enough that I’m positive I won’t have it Dry Cleaned. I suppose you would either line dry or lay flat to dry and then if necessary, Iron afterward. Not sure if this fabric will wrinkle when dried in this manner but I have a feeling it won’t. Here is the information from the Laundry Tag inside the shirt. Machine Wash warm water, 30’C/86’F, Do Not Bleach, Do Not Tumble Dry, Steam Iron Low, Dry Clean any solvent, modified cycle. Apple provided additional feedback related to the Laundry Symbols on the tag. Ironing, maximum 110’C which is 230’F and Mild Dry Cleaning using solvents. To indicate mild dry cleaning is allowed using tetrachloroethene and all solvents lis……. At this point I clicked on the description for the completed info and the screen that came up wouldn’t allow me to scroll and get the rest of the statement. In any case I’m not sure how many people are going to Dry Clean a shorts set but if you do I’m sure the staff at your dry cleaners will check the Laundry Symbols and proceed appropriately. After all is said, this is a well made, pretty shorts set that would be more attractive to me personally if the hem were not banded, the neckline was maybe a scoop design or at least had a lower cut to its current rounded one, the shorts inseam was at least 5”-6” in length and garment could be Tumble Dryed. Other than these issues, which are all personal preferences, not faults, I do recommend this outfit. I should mention that this set is more appropriate for a dressier type of event (other than length) rather than an everyday, “ let’s go for a hike” type of day or activity.

I love 2 piece outfits that I don’t have to think about what I wear since I work from home but still want to look nice. My bust size is a 41 so according to the size chart I needed a small. I’m 5”5, 185lbs so I was skeptical about that size working for me for the shorts. As expected, it did not fit properly. The shirt fit ok so I was happy about it. The shorts, however, were definitely too tight. The tightness was visible across the front of the shorts - you could see it pulling. I could still wear them around the house but if I needed to run an errand I wouldn’t go out in them. Just out of curiosity I had someone smaller than me try on the same outfit. The person was 5”3, 130lbs, bust around 36. The shirt looked a little big on her but the shorts fit ok. I’ll end up keeping the shirt for myself since I was ok with the fit of it but will have to eventually discard the shorts. I’m kind of disappointed. My short size would have been an XL but that definitely would have been too big for the top. Overall the outfit would not completely work for me. Maybe someone petite or flatter up top would be able to work with the outfit as a whole but it did not fit my needs. The material felt amazing. It was kind of thick for a short sleeve/shorts combo so take caution when wearing outside. It’ll definitely be too warm. The design in the material was super cute as was the cut of the top. I really wish it would have fit me all over. Cute but not for you if you have more curves in my opinion.

The material on this is thick and well made. The shorts come up pretty high which is a little weird but it's not uncomfortable. The shirt has sleeves that are different from regular t shirts but look cute. I'm 5'3" 150lbs and this is the medium.

This 2 piece set is very cute and comfortable. It has a stylish look with a textured fabric that gives it a little extra . The construction quality is very good. It's a casual look that can be worn as lounge wear or a summery sporty look. The top fits as expected, and the drawstring shorts are cute, too, but I expected them to be an inch or 2 longer , judging from the seller's photos. I'm looking forward to warmer weather so I can start wearing this cute set.
