I am very impressed with the build quality, and it is aesthetically pleasing. It is easy to assemble and disassemble for storage. Disassembling for storage takes 10 - 15 seconds; so easy. Connects to the bike in a matter of seconds as well. I was worried about our 12-year-old girl Josi being afraid of it but once we put her in it and started driving around, she laid down and completely enjoyed the experience. Josi has degenerative myelopathy, so she is slowly losing the use of her hind legs. She used to run for hours at a time but now has a hard time walking a few feet. Anything we can do to get her out of the house is a bonus. The trailer will improve her life. She is 70lbs but longer and taller than most 70lb dogs; it fits her well. I strongly recommend this trailer if you have a four-legged friend who wants to be with you all the time, like Josi. ... show more

This product was purchased for a pet of mine that is medium sized. It is well constructed with very good quality materials. All that is needed is a good durable and cushioned floor pad. It holds up to 77lbs and it can be collapsed to place somewhere it is non-conspicuous. Great price and quality build. The sturdy carrier is easy to fold up and has wheels that detach with a simple thumb press. The canvas is sturdy and the screens are well-made. The carrier is not noticeable behind my eBike. This trailer is great. Spacious and very well built. Super easy to break down and the wheels are built to last. We love the trailer and get a lot of use out of it, but I do wish they would consider some small changes for future iterations. 1. The zippers pulls. They make TOO MUCH noise when riding. It’s distracting and Annoying to me and scary for my dog. I replaced them with quiet zipper pulls. 2. The front window (facing the driver) should zipper from the bottom, thus being able to raise it half way up to block debris from the bike tires and also allowing my dog to enjoy the open view and breeze. ... show more

Update to the situation: Veelar has reached out and partially replaced the product Loved this when I first put it together, I was able to carry stuff and my dog! But literally the second ride the axel froze up and I was stranded with all my stuff in a park 6 miles from work. The trailer was dead dead. One wheel just would not budge. Eventually, i had to lock the trailer to a pole and come back with a car (I don't own one) to retrieve it. After bringing it home and contacting the manufacturer, i was told to remove the screw holding the axel. It completely stripped (as pictured) on the first try. The best compensation they could do was a complimentary bed for the product that no longer worked. I do not recommend this brand or this product ... show more

The trailer (size L) is perfect for our 3 small dogs, size 6#, 12#, and 18#. The trailer is sturdy but not too heavy, comes apart and folds easily for transport, and rides very quietly I am looking forward to many trips with our pups!
