1st off...the price. You will not beat the price even when shopping locally, sorry it just won't happen. We needed one of the new "Slicker" style brushes to TRY to keep our very curly, very fluffy, VERY sheddy Clancy the Labradoodle under some sort of hair control. We ended up having to pretty much shave her recently after both my wife and I were out of commission following surgeries and other life stuff. This brush is allowing us to get her hair back in control from the moment she came home to us a very nearly neeked pup to now as her curls are just now starting to peek out again. I think she actually enjoys the soothing feel of the thin bristles that flex quite easily as you draw it across her. It's one maybe someday drawback is, it flexes easy enough, but I have a bit of concern that it's so 'non-substantial' at the joint which allows the flex, that it may not have a long life. For now though...it's pretty great.

I used to use a furminator to keep my German Shepherd Dog’s fur in check and in the past she was very compliant and didn’t seem to mind sitting still while I combed her with the de-shedding tool. Lately, however, she seems to have gotten tired of sitting still and would run off or try to wiggle out halfway through For some odd reason though, she seems to really enjoy being brushed with this slicker brush. She sits still and nuzzles up to it. Her coat is shiny and nice now with minimal excess fur I did deduct a star because removing hair from this brush is a bit more challenging than I’d like for it to be. Other than that thing, it’s comfortable to hold and my dog seems to enjoy it so that’s a strong plus in my books

I love the flexibility of the brush, it's great for a lot of different coat types. I'm a groomer and I love this brush. My only complaint is that when I go to pull the hair out if the brush after using it, it seems like the brush is going to pull/fall apart. I haven't had it long and haven't used it a ton yet but we'll see how it holds up.

It does the job, but the bristles on it seem pretty flimsy. They bend easily if you’re not careful. My husky mix loves being brushed, and I thought this one was a little bit rough on her. It does great with getting the undercoat though. Not a bad price either.

This is a great brush, it isn't put together the best, but it is easy to use and holds up rather well. I would have to say this is dog approved as every time I pick this brush up, even if it's just to move it, my dogs run over waiting to be brushed. Thee only issue I have had is that the brush heads are not secured in to the top piece of rubber so they do fall out. This does make it more flexible though.

Our dog doesn’t like being brushed but she tolerates this! Really helps with the shedding and is easy to use as well as clean.
