I wish it had a mechanism where you twist cup and the inside would spin with a higher momentum but it works as is just a bit difficult at times. Kinda awkward to use, but my little chihuahuas aren’t real cooperative either. It’s a nice color, came with three microfiber towels, two finger type brushes, and a scrubbie silicone brush that fits on my hand, I really like that. I can work up a good lather with that, better than using my hands and nails to scrub. One dog has dry flaky skin and the scrubbie really does a good job of loosening the dry skin. I liked the price for all the items included. I also use the scrubbie to brush the damp hair after I towel my girls off, then use it while using the hair dryer. Takes a few times to get the hang of how it works, but once you do it works great. I've got 2 big labs and the large works amazingly on them both. They do a good job sitting while I use it, so it doesn't seem to bother them. Would recommend.
