Our pups shed A LOT and we have tried a few different versions of these grooming vacuums. This is the nicest one, I love that most of the tools can be stored on the vacuum, the cord and hose are securely wrapped around it when not in use. That being said it is much louder than the others and the dogs won't go anywhere near it while it is running. Another thing that is different is that the clippers are battery powered rather than powered by the vacuum so you can use the clippers without turning on the vacuum, perfect for dogs that won't go near a running vacuum.

I have a Goldendoodle who's more golden than doodle, if you know what I mean. He sheds enough fur each day to make a teacup poodle a luxurious fur coat. And brushing him out everyday literally sends the fur flying everywhere. With this handy little machine, I can use the main attachment which has a comb on the end, run it down the length of his body, hit a switch and the gathered fur is sucked down into the hose and on into the container. It didn't take long before I had the container almost filled. There are 3 combs in varying lengths and another that is rubber tipped. There is also a set of clippers (you need to install 2 AA batteries though) which does a pretty good job of giving him a trim. I haven't used this for more than a touch up but they do work and because they are able to be attached to the hose, the clipped fur is also sucked into the tank. So nice. And there are 4 combs in varying lengths that can be used with the clippers. The vacuum unit is lightweight so I can also use this to clean hair up off the carpet or furniture which I need to do pretty much everyday. There is a crevice tool to get underneath the couch or in between the cushions. And there is a brush attachment which I can use to clean myself up with because Sammy generally lays against me while I'm brushing or trimming him and I wind up with my own fur coat. This unit really covers all the bases. And while others have said it is too loud, Sam got used to it fairly quickly and has no problem with it now. Really great product to help tame our fur problem!

Well my dog is scared of this vacuum. The sound scares him too much so have not been able to try and groom him yet. Maybe over time he won't be as scared, that's how it is with robot vacuum now after a year he is okay with it. I can say it really does pick up hair off the furniture nicely so for now that's what it will do.

This dog grooming and vacuum came in a nice package, with all parts, it comes with a bag to put the parts in as well, which helps to keep it organized. This dog grooming is good, it was hard to convince my dog to use it in the beginning, he was afraid of the noise, and the feeling, so he ran away many times. I found out that is easier to use with the dog outside and the vacuum inside the house, so it minimizes the sound a little. I groomed my dog on our unit balcony and it was amazing, no mess at all, no hair all over the place, nothing, it was a completely clean and easy experience. I would recommend this product to hairy dog owners.

I've tried several dog grooming vacuums, and there's a lot to like about this one. This one has cord storage which is nice. This one also has hose storage, which I haven't seen on any other dog vacuums I've tried yet. This one has a very long hose compared others. The clippers are battery powered. It has one deshedding tool attachment that has 4 different inserts. It comes with a storage bag. This one also didn't seem more or less noisy than others I've tried. It seems about the same. The dogs don't mind it. Overall, I like this one very much!

This Dog Grooming Vacuum Kit is easy to use when the critter is not ultra squirmy. It's easy to set up and change out attachments. Clean-up is relatively easy, and it is also a reasonable value. It's definitely more affordable than frequent trips to the groomer, especially for extra-poofy furballs. It would make a great gift for floof owners - Five stars from me :)

The media could not be loaded. This set is very complete and it works properly. The vacuum cleaner has 3 modes, it sucks up the hair properly. It is small practical and easy to carry. The vacuum does make noise, but I find it acceptable. It is very easy to use on my 3 pets I liked it!
