This isn’t my first dog-in-car rodeo, and honestly I’m impressed. Dogs were always in the back of my wagon-style car, but I have a sedan with only one small-medium dog now so needed a new plan. It’s important to secure dogs for multiple reasons, including keeping the dog safe in case of an accident. I tried a harness clip that clipped into the seatbelt, which was okay but not great. For the modest price point, this is a good quality, well-constructed car seat with thoughtful and practical details. Other reasons why I love this car seat: 1. It’s super plush and comfortable for my girl while also keeping the hair contained in one not-the-seat place. My dog is about 30 lbs (mutt). 2. Thoughtfully packaged with vacuumed cushions. It’s easier to stuff them into the sections before they fully inflate. Someone said they were confused by not having labeled cushions, but this isn’t IKEA and it’s really not hard to figure out which cushion goes where in my opinion. The zipper is on the inside, so you flip it inside-out to put in the cushions then back again so the zipper is protected around the inside base. 3. That’s good because the one possible fail point is the cheap plastic zipper. The cushion slots are individually sewn-to-size for keeping them in place, but the zipper is one long piece. Being protected makes the cheap zipper less problematic. For the inexpensive cost overall, this is the only place I saw cost cutting and it was minimized. 4. The harness clip gives her enough room to stand or lay down. She likes standing and looking around, but sometimes if she’s tired she lays down. It’s a good balance of restricting movement without being restrictive. And if there’s an accident she should be protected by the cushioning around her. 5. 4-point contact straps that clip very securely to the seat while also being quick to remove if I have a human passenger instead. It also clips to a back seat with a different 4-point configuration for secure travel. 6. I love the multiple pockets and *hand carry straps*! Now when I take her places, I can easily unclip and carry it in to use as a bed. I tuck her leash, a folded silicone bowl, toss rings (her favorite toys), snacks, and poop bags into the pockets so they’re easily to access. Even if I’m just moving it from the front to the trunk for passengers, the hand carry straps make it quick and easy. Super thoughtful details that I appreciate. 7. This is silly, but they happened to have a color way that matches my black and tan car interior. It’s just so aesthetically pleasing and makes me happy. Plus she’s happy and comfortable while also being secure, which makes me happy too!!

I cannot say enough good things about this car seat for my dog. It was better than expected. The quality of the fabric is impeccable - not only soft, durable but very pretty as well. It has many pockets around the sides large enough to hold the essentials like a little sweater, leash, collapsible water bowl, etc. It has a strap that wraps and fastens around the car seat to secure the dog seat. It also has straps or handles on each side making it easy to remove and carry. It is extremely comfortable for my dog and I like that the entire car seat is machine washable.

Soft cushions, easy to carry and use, has side pockets, can be attached to the car seats, short leash to attach to harness for safety... what not to like?! I took an advice from someone's review and placed the pillows into the bag ready, which made it much easier, the waited them to puff up. It took quite a while (a day maybe) so don't worry, they will. My puppy loves the seat and I would buy it again. It appears to be pretty good quality and I hope it will last for several years. I don't know yet how often it gets dirty and has to be washed, and how will the zippers etc do. I am planning to use a XL washer bag for protection. It is not very light and it is puffy and wide, so not necessarily easy for an elderly person to carry around. If keeping the bag in the car permanently, this would be just perfect.

First order didn’t come with cushions, so they sent me a replacement and it came with cushions BUT there were no zipper pulls to unzip to put the cushions in. I didn’t feel like going through it all again so I cut the bottom to put the cushions in , on the inside where you can’t see it. It works but not satisfied with everything .

Great product - but RIP FLUFF AND LAUNDRY DRY! I was VERY skeptical because it was vacuum sealed when it arrived - which is super normal for bedding items so it didn’t initially surprise me. However, when I pulled the inserts out and let them sit laid out for 2 days and they didn’t expand I started to get frustrated. HOWEVER! One helpful review mentioned breaking apart the insert foam into smaller pieces and putting it in the dryer!!!! Breaking it up and putting it through the dryer with dried clothes for like 35 minutes made all the difference and fluffed it up. Looks great. Love that the buckle comes apart so you can clip it to any part in the car. Super comfy and fluffy and great. Super excited to use - but TUMBLE DRY UNTIL ITS SUPER FLUFFY!

My dogs love it! It’s very cushioned, fluffy and well made with thick, tough but soft fabric and good quality stitching, easy to assemble and install with lots of pocket storage, it doubles as a travel bed when we go out of town. The shredded foam inserts do not have a strong odor at all.

This is a good seat, however it was just to bulky for our vehicle and our dog didn't enjoy the fact that she could not jump in easily. Too bad because I did like it wish it wasn't so bulky.

Use for my small 5 pound Chihuahua. It’s very sturdy for him, the pillows inside are firm and very large and make me feel comfortable knowing he has a good base to sit on. The leash part is adjustable so you can see what length works for you, I allow him to just be able to stand on the edge of the car seat/bed and kinda look outside the window but I don’t allow him to reach it for safety reasons. He is so tiny. He gets to stand and look around or sleep during car rides as he pleases. Only takes up one seat and I like how easy it is to strap in and move seat to seat. Love it.
