First these smell amazing. Really soft leather. The boots come with their own shoe bags. The fit is perfect for me. I usually wear a 9.5 US size in boots or a 10.5 in nikes. So I tried a size ten that my friend had. It was just a tad to big for me. I ordered the 9.5's and they are perfect fit for me. The heel/sole is extremely soft. The leather will need some breaking in. The is expected. If you have big calves, the top will pinch until the shoe breaks in. I'm wearing mine around the house a bunch before wearing them out on the town. Really nice boots. Exceptional for the price. I would buy these boots over and over again. I don't remember the last time I've receive compliments on a shoe, but these look THAT good. They really are gorgeous, and look far more expensive than they are. Rough to break in though, and even now once broken in they're not particularly comfortable. To be fair though, part of that is because they don't seem to come in wide sizes, which typically fit me better. First of all, I was skeptical buying this pair of boots considering the price. I didn't think the quality would meet any expectations. To get a quality pair these days, you'd be coughing up at least $150 and up. But the reviews helped assured me it wouldn't be a regretful decision. I got to say, these boots were well constructed, soft leather so no need worrying about breaking them in, they are comfortable on the inside. Smells like top brands. Clean finishing. However, I'm a size 11M (narrow feet). The size 11 for these boots came about 1 ~ 1.5 inches longer from my toe, so I returned them to get a size 10. Yes, I would recommend you order half a size smaller then your actual size. Some reviewers claim the other way around, but either way, return was a breeze so you've got nothing to really worry about. In conclusion, the boots are amazing. Note: They are more like dress/casual boots as oppose to motorcycle/work boots as described. So, don't be disappointed when you get them. ... show more

Loved these on my boyfriend. Great looking boots, and he said they're very comfortable. He wears 11.5-12, got these in a 12, so they're true to size. Can't speak on the longevity yet, but I'll update if they fall apart too quickly.

The moment I took them out the box I was disappointed. I don’t know what this material is but it is NOT leather. These are not my first pair of boots/shoes and I know what leather is. I tried on the left foot only to hear an annoying squeak that got worse when I walked. Nope! Not what I paid for. At this price point of over $110, I expected much better quality. Shameful. I bought a brown pair and the smell of glue hit me, I think the upper is leather and the bottom is synthetic. They are china made boots, not the greatest quality but they look great and the toe is perfect. Not too round and not square, they look great with jeans. The are not cushy but not unncomortable. The brown pair squeeked. I liked them enought so I bought a black pair too and the black pair was not black but dark brown. I liked them enough as super dark brown was what I wanted so I returned the brown pair. The black (really dark brown) did not squeek like the brown pair. They were laced wrong and slightly bigger than bu other size 9 pair but I will beat them up and get my moneys worth while I look for a higher end boot like Thursday or Taft. ... show more
