They are manufactured better than the originals in some ways but retained the same weak spot as the original dodge light fixture. The tab that the retaining screw goes through to hold the turn signal pod in place was broken when i opened the box. Since returns are a pain in alaska and can take weeks im just going to go ahead and install them and figure out a repair for the mounting tab just like most 2nd gen dodge owner do. ... show more

Well there cool in all but the plastic to hold the turn signal on was broken when it came in there’s no plastic in the box from the broken plastic so I can only assume I came like that not worth 100 but still looks better then the oem ones

I used them in a 97 dodge ram 1500 installation was a little difficult but saw the original headlights so that’s not the fault of the light what I didn’t like was the cheap plastic materials because they lost both turn signal housings within 6 miles of installation and shattered in the middle of the road so I can’t even return it ... show more

Its not often I'm actually happy with mechanical parts, mainly because I'm a techie and not the greatest at mechanics. I watched a short video on utube on how to install headlights on my truck, 1998 Dodge Ram 1500, and then set to task. Minor cut and 45 minutes later, I had both of them installed and they look great. Just an fyi, the signal light is attatched to the headlight by a small bit of glue and screw, with a slide. The first one went in very easy but the second one I had to do some wiggling and the two seperated and I freaked out and ran in and did a return. Afterwards, having calmed down, I grabbed the super glue and decided I still had to use them until a replacement came. As I was getting ready to glue it I saw it was not broken, instead it had just come unattatched via the slide. After that, it was a no brainer. I saw a few comments about them leaking, although I didn't see how that could be possible, I sealed all the edges with automotive silicone just in case. I definately would buy these again. ... show more
