When I ordered this necklace on April 9th it estimated April 18th-30th even being a customized necklace was still delivered a day early and amazing quality I really couldn’t be any happier with why I got as far as quality/price/shipping all perfect. The only issue I have is the chain isn’t long enough and doesn’t fit around my neck without choking me because the length of the necklace it comes with is only 22 or 24 inches and to fit comfortably around my neck I would need at least 28 or 32inches so other than trying to find another necklace to use so I can wear it I’m happy , I wish they offered different lengths even if it costed a little more I would still pay what ever it costed to be fully satisfied with this product , these kind of products tend to hold a lot of sentimental value and meaning and I just feel that you should be able to request or have an option to get different lengths so that you can have every thing perfect the first time , thanks I really appreciate it more than you well ever know and may god bless those who are going threw a rough time like me , I promise day by day it will get better and remember no matter who or what they are in a better place than the world we are living in today and no more suffering and stress and pain ❤️ ... show more

This is a high quality item that is well made and will last a lifetime. Both people I bought one for were deeply honored to receive it. The interior of the cross has only room for a VERY small amount of ash. The instructions recommend adding a little glue to the threads of the hook when it is screwed back into the cross after the remains are added. This was a good suggestion as it will help prevent the hook from accidently unscrewing itself over time. ... show more

Holds a good amount of ashes. Easy to fill. Kinda big. Long chain. I bought this necklace for my 9 year old son to where with hos daddys ashes in it. He loves it. Its the perfect size for a small child in the shortest length it comes in. He never takes it off. He even showers in it and it doesn't turn or make his neck green. He loves it. I wish i could have had it customized with his father's name on it which is a choice but it takes like a month to receive ypur product if you do. That would have been really nice. ... show more
