The media could not be loaded. First off, the reviews scared me. However, I was offered a $30 coupon so I decided to try it. It was the best option I had seen. When I opened it, it was wrapped well and no broken or scratched pieces. But what impressed me the most was the fact everything was labeled. Every screw was labeled and there's only 6 steps to put it together. Took me 20 minutes and I absolutely love it. It was exactly what I was looking for and the quality is impressive. Beautiful stand and very sturdy. Unfortunately, when we unpacked it the main countertop had a broke corner. The outside packaging was in excellent condition and the interior packing materials were perfect, so I can only assume it left the factory in that condition. I love this stand and will return for a replacement or try to get a new top from the seller. The broken top is the only reason for the low rating. This cart fits perfectly in my kitchen and it's much sturdier than I thought. I put my microwave on the main shelf because I thought it was a little silly to be bending down to use it on that shelf in the photo. In the end, so far, I love it but it's definitely overpriced. The instructions, not so much - see below. 4 stars because the instructions were slightly confusing and partially incorrect. The shelves were labeled incorrectly (#3 & #6 were switched) so we unfortunately, had to take it apart and put back together a few times because the setup wasn't right. Also, the side bars (#1, #2 & #5) in the instructions are both rounded at the top; but in actuality, the back side of the cart is squared off; that threw us off slightly because we didn't know which side was the front or the back. We just ended up pulling up the photo from Amazon and went off of that to build - it's pretty simple if you only lightly go off the instructions and then use the photo from Amazon. ... show more
