Make sure the anti-fog insert works properly. Replace the anti-fog insert regularly. Clean the waterproof case after using. Make sure the waterproof case is clean at all times.

The media could not be loaded. Works great! The pocket 2 requires you to enable the underwater housing option, and then enter underwater mode! Once in the proper mode the camera works correctly with the housing, and you shouldn't see the housing in your videos. It's a bit of a snug fit, but that wasn't much of an issue for me. Any underwater housing can flood if the o-ring is not clean and properly sealed. With proper care this housing works great. I took it scuba diving down to about 55 feet without any issue and with excellent quality! (Check out the video) I highly recommend it, but make sure you take all proper precautions for underwater housings (clean/lubricate the o-ring, let it sit in water for a few minutes to check the seal, etc.)

I cannot stress enough how bad this product is. I read all these reviews and saw all these nightmare stories people had to talk about and I made the horrible decision of ignoring them and taking a chance. I write this in hopes of you guys not falling for the same thing I did. Just like everyone else did, I watched every video and read every bit of information provided from DJI from the manual to the website and videos. I definitely did everything as stated. Then I go about using the product when the camera in the case fell not hard or high at all and not only did the cap completely pop off, but it caused my cameras 3 way axis to break. I contacted DJI about this issue and they told me that I was at fault when in reality a case couldn’t even do the job it was intended for. They want me to pay for the damages caused by a product that destroyed my camera. They told me they would transfer me to the senior department to straighten out the manner and I have yet to hear a word from them. Again, do NOT buy this product. Not only will your $80 be wasted, but you will have to pay for your camera to be fixed too if customer service decides to put you in a situation like mine.

I bought this case for our Florida trip so we could take videos of kids in the ocean. Little did I know that there were quite a few cases of the leaking if you search for it, even by professional users. The issue was that the case does not have a design like GoPro's and you'll never know if it is fully screwed on tight enough. When you are at the beach, when your hands are wet, it's hard to know for sure. When you're at the beach with sand, you can never be sure. When you submerge the unit under water and holding it stationary, it may not leak, but when you move it around, it might start to leak. So even if you follow DJI's instructions, you may still have an accident. And it's not worth it to risk your $300+ Pocket 2 with this case. I thought this was a well-thought-out design, but I had to find out the hard way. The first time I used it, it was ok. The 2nd time, within minutes, it soaked the Pocket 2. It also ruined our trip. I see a lot of people with GoPro's under water, and I would get one of those for under-water usage and will keep my Pocket 2 dry.

Pricey for a piece of plastic, but it does work. Not much you can do creatively with your Osmo when it's encased in this. Mostly just point and shoot.

I’m using it correctly, sealing it correctly and there’s no dust, grime or grit around the o-ring. But still, 2 DJI Pocket units destroyed by moisture leaks. After the first instance I was extra careful with sealing the unit but still moisture got in. Just a really bad design.
