In order to avoid damage, do not strike, crush, or drop this product. 5. Before use, close the battery compartment cover and the USB-C port cover, and tighten the Lens Protective Cover.It is recommended to install the waterproof case for long- duration underwater shooting or when shooting in environments with high pressure or water impacts. Osmo Action 3 and its Waterproof Case have an IP68 waterproof rating. Do not use the camera in hot springs or expose it to corrosive liquids. Due to platform compatibility issue, the DJI Mimo app has been removed from Google Play. You cannot search for DJI Mimo in Google Play.     • OVERHEATING
The product was easy to setup with no issues. After using the Dji osmo action 3 and testing it with a full charge battery. The video and audio recording quality was perfect for my liking, However the Dji osmo action 3 overheated and the camera turn off on 11 percent battery in a hot weather.

    • Does NOT Link To Mimo App. DJI customer Service Poor!
4 weeks ago I purchased the DJI Osmo Action 3. After trying no less than 25 times over a 3-day period, I called DJI support. After performing some basic steps which I had already tried before calling them, I was told to return the item because it must be faulty. I really wanted this camera, so I waited aweek for the refund to show up in my Amazon account, then purchased a second Osmo Action 3. Again, I ran into the same connectivity issues and again I called tech support. After more basic troubleshooting, I was requested to leave my email and a more advanced technician would be in touch with more in-depth instructions as to how to pair my Osmo Action 3 with the MIMO app. After not hearing from DJI for 36 hours, I called to ensure they had my correct email, which they had, and within the same 48 hour period I would definitely receive an email with more precise instructions as to how to pair my device with the app. After waiting a total of 6 days and receiving no email and hearing NOTHING from DJI, I finally decided to return the second unit. I waited 2 weeks for my refund, at which time I immediately purchased a GoPro Hero 11. The unit arrived the next day, and I just completed syncing it withe the GoPro Quik app. Connecting my GoPro Hero 11 to the app on my phone was effortless, pain-free, and stress-free, and it took all of 3 minutes to set up, from start to finish. Also, I had purchased the Freewell Bright Day ND/PL lens for the Osmo Action 3, and the time to return them and get a refund expired due to DJI's failure to reply, so I lost $70 and I'm now stuck with lenses I can't use. I will never in this lifetime nor the next purchase another DJI product due to the way I was treated, and I highly advise others to carefully consider before doing so as well. ... show more
