The media could not be loaded. I ordered the regular Osmo and so far I love it! You have to google the instructions (the user manual does not come in the box) but it's very easy to set up. After you figure out the ins-and-outs, this camera has an incredibly short set up time. You can start with it backed away in the carrying case and have it out, set up, turned on, and recording within a minute. I bought this to film live events (such as weddings) and a traditional gimbal needs too much set up time. The seller (my came from Koozam Inc) were really helpful! They reached out to me even before the camera arrived to check in. I chose this package specifically because it came with 3 batteries -- and as a live event videographer, the more batteries, the better! The only thing I bought for for the Osmo that wasn't included in this kit was a pelican case to fit everything in. ... show more

    • Does NOT Work - Faulty Product, So Disappointed
This is a highly prized camera set-up. I ordered mine for a project that my boyfriend and I are working on. Right out of the box this piece of junk does not work. The mobile app is unresponsive for set-up. The unit will not stop beeping after i've followed multiple you tube videos or troubleshooting guides. The gimble will not activate, the controls don't work; overall completely upset and totally dissatisfied. This was also a time sensitive project and this totally sets me back. I want to try to by another one but I'm afraid it also won't work and is a faulty product. I don't know if this source is worse than if I actually ordered from DJI, but utterly unimpressed. I hope I can return and get a full refund and I'll take my $600 elsewhere. Terrible. ... show more

    • Good Product, Good Video, Audio needs work!!
Nice units, pretty easy to use, but does have room for improvement. Some sort of Tap focus would be good, as it sometimes seems to take a few moments to figure out where it need to focus, especially in a lower light situation. Most notable downfall is the audio. Even with an external Microphone, I can still hear the fans recording into the scene. ... show more

This camera is awesome. The mic sucks. You have to use an external one. Image quality is the best on the market. Retuned in favor of go pro. This is just not as versatile. The GoPro has better mic, and almost as good image. Combined with a Karma Stick the GoPro is just as good. this can only be used as a gamble. It gets really hot. And the fan is really loud. It turns off when you are recording, but then the unit gets really hot. Heat and electronics do not mix. I wonder what the life span of this is based on the heat. I tried to film my sons basketball game. The footage was great, but the unit was supernova hot by the end. ... show more

The DJI Osmo is bulky and it was cumbersome to always have to connect/reconnect and unhinge everything. When it worked it was great, but it keeps having a software malfunction that is supposed to be fixed by additional firmware updates. Unfortunately, it has just become a very expensive paper weight at this point because you have to pay to send the item back to China with no guarantee of when or if they will return it "fixed".
