I'll just come out and say it, I can't do origami. I've always struggled but ordered these anyway in the delusional hope I could somehow power through. I won't fault the DIY Paper Cats for my inability to properly fold paper and shall instead focus on objective factors for this review. The Wes Anderson-like design is so cute. It comes with a variety of cats in medium and large sizes, each sheet has folding lines on the printed side (one side is plain white) and there is a card with folding instructions. The paper is somewhat thin but not so thin that it tears easily. What folds I was able to manage stayed in place fine. I had hoped for a desk full of feline friends but due to a skill issue on my end, all I have is some half-folded cats. I'll update this review if I can ever manage to complete one!

Not at all what is advertised. I ordered the 3 pack: cats, dogs and dinosaurs. Cats is the only one that is close to being as advertised. Dogs - no fold lines, no printed eyes, half of the different patterns of paper not included so cannot complete half the breeds. Dinos - paper only has print on one side where video instructions show it should be 2 sided, no fold lines, no eyes, missing one of the 6 patterns of paper and paper pattern looks nothing like what video instructions show.

Papers I got does not have folding lines… and the instruction has many issues………. 🥹 you can still make it with YouTube video tho.

I really like this concept and plan to give them as stocking stuffers. I got a cats set for myself also and was happy with the paper quality and instructions, although I do not do a lot of origami in general so I can't compare it to other sets or other origami paper.

Absolutely terrible - do not buy. Colors are faded and not realistic like shown. Instructions are tiny and hard to read. The QR code on instructions doesn’t work. And squares are not cut well - folding lines should line up in corner but are offset. Very disappointing.

These DIY Paper Cats were so much fun! First off the packaging is so cute! I love the way the top of it has little ears. The paper itself is great quality. It comes with 4 different types of cats, each type of cat having a big and small version. The cats have lines on them creating a super easy guide to follow. It also comes with an instruction book and a QR code to give further instructions. The only reason these have 4 stars instead of 5 is because the QR code didn't work and I had to do some digging on YouTube to fine the video. However, once I found it I was able to make the cats without difficulty. I also did this with my 13 year old brother and he was able to follow along easily.
