I will start by saying that I really enjoy using the bike. However, I have had a mixed experience with trying to obtain replacement parts. The response via email has been slow, at least partially because the representative is in China. After using the bike for 10 months, the (coiled spring) drive for the propeller sheared in half, primarily due to corrosion. I became frustrated at the slow response in my attempts to obtain a replacement part, because the bike was useless to me without this. I finally received adequate response after writing a scathing review on this site. However, the representative did ultimately make it up to me, to some degree, by sending over a few extra, useful replacement parts. Thus I have changed my one star rating to three stars. Please just be aware that it may take days or weeks to receive a response to emails from this company. As an aside, I plan to modify the drive shaft by adding a grease fitting, allowing me to fill the drive shaft with grease to both reduce friction and protect against corrosion. ... show more

This thing is awesome. I put this together very quickly. The instructions were very simple but effective. It is very lightweight and very easy to put in a small trailer or roof rack of your car. I enjoyed the first ride at the lake. My daughter who is 9 years old was able to handle the bike all over the lake very easily. I was monitoring her with my kayak just in case. Very easy to maneuver. I read a few reviews that were complaining about difficulties while turning. I discovered that the bike doesn't have a timon. Therefore you need to pedal while turning. Like any other boat, it doesn't have a break, so you need to be careful while you are approaching other boats or piers. Very fun ride. The seat is high-quality (Velo brand). Very comfortable for long rides. I will be ordering another of these bikes pretty soon. ... show more

This is a high quality lightweight water bike with great engineering. I received it in 25 days with great packaging and in perfect condition. I live in lake havasu city and this is a great way to cruise around the lake and through the bridgewater channel with ease while getting some excercise at the same time. It assembles and disassembles in minutes which allowed me to take it to the lake in the trunk of my car! This bike scoots along surprisingly fast with easy pedaling. This bike is great and is a big hit with everyone who comes to visit. I'll update my review later with more details but wanted to share - we found the same steering issue mentioned in other reviews. So we took the fins off the bottom and just have the propeller for steering. It's made a world of difference in the maneuverability of the bike. ... show more

Instuctions to asssemble were nonexistent. Once we finally assembled it, it didn't steer at all. Total waste of $1300. no phone number to call or email to use.

The media could not be loaded. I weight 220 lbs I was skeptical about the bike being able to float and do what they say it does. It’s an awesome water bike and works exactly like a land one except that now you can go anywhere in the lake! My family loves them, btw you have to get more than one….
