I love how my phone looks in this case. I am actually able to use the exterior phone buttons (like volume or power button) with no problem. The quality is great, the instructions for putting the glass and getting the phone in the case were clear. It’s a pretty thick case and a bit heavy, so your phone would look more voluminous and also will be heavier. It came with two glass protectors (which is more than expected) and everything you need to install the glass and ensamble the case. It came with a cloth to keep your glass clean (which I adore), and some fun stickers. I ordered this case for my iPhone XS. It came in good packaging and was relatively easy to put together using the directions provided. It came with 2 screen protectors. The directions to put these on were not so good. Since I’ve done it before I was able to get one of them onto my phone without too much trouble - others might not be so lucky. I’ve now been using the case for about a week. From my experience so far here are the pros and cons… Pros: seems to be well designed for my phone, seems to be made from a strong material, seems to be able to handle drops (I’ve dropped it once and had it fall off a table already), seems to have good exterior that feels good in my hand and isn’t slippery. Cons: the case is hard so there are no hinges (it just clicks together) and nothing to stop it from sliding across or down certain surfaces (leave it on the top of your car and it WILL slide off, not stay put like some cases with rubber exterior) and there are no flaps to cover the lightning cable port or the ring silence switch (dirt and debris a problem after lengthy use?). Overall a good case for the price as long as you realize you do make some sacrifices in design when you buy a more “affordable” product. I’d give it 5 stars if the cons I listed above didn’t seem to put the phone at more risk over time. ... show more

The order came with a thank you for the purchase card; showing company pride in the product and business. Everything needed to install the case came with the purchase: two protective screen cover, a tool to open the case, screen cleaner to use before installing the screen cover. I work at a garden center, and I am a bit reckless, I use my iPhone X to listen to music while I work. I need a durable case as it’s often getting dropped on pebbles, concrete pavers or other such things. So far, I’ve used this case for a few days and it’s held up wonderfully. I can’t speak for the waterproof yet as it hasn’t gotten wet during my often soaked days at work.
