If I could, I would give zero stars. I have purchased 4 of these... 3 to gift and 1 to keep. Annoyingly, they each arrived broken. The first three were completely shattered into pieces of glass shards, and I got a refund. The fourth arrived with both ears detached, broken off.     • Cheap Product!!
First time I ordered this it arrived broken, missing both ears. I re-ordered and the second one was broken in the exact same way. This tells me not only is it a cheapo product but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired.

    • Plastic not Glass
This ornament was a huge disappointment for a Disney product. It’s made of thick plastic, not glass as advertised. The ornament was a gift, arrived after Christmas (took 24 days to arrive), and had one ear broken off. Appears to be made of 3 separate pieces and glued together. Not sure how the ornament shows the colors as pictured because the plastic material is very thick and doesn’t seem to reflect or refract light. I am returning the ornament not only because it is broken, but because it is heavy plastic - not glass. My daughter has chosen a replacement ornament that is a typical ear style. ... show more

I have to kind of agree. I was also disappointed with this. It shows more clear and plain, not colorful or picking up color as pictured, even on a tree with colored lights. Not sure about it being plastic, though. I thought it was glass when I first picked it up... upon closer inspection, now I'm not sure. Anyway, it's being returned. When I carefully unboxed it, I was quite disappointed. One ear stayed in the box. Ear #2 came off in my hand. No replacement is available. I've never received anything from the Disney Store in this condition.
