The packaging that holds Mickey was smashed and ripped. It still works good and Mickey wasn't damaged. But disappointed in how it looked.

Got today and doesnt work. Ordered another replacement. Disappointing as I saw another review same thing. Update I decided to take out of box. Turns out the switch was turned off works great!

Item was a gift. Received it today and it was broken. Super bummed since it’s a present. Returned it and requested a replacement. That one as well does not work.
