I love this thing! It covers the carts and baby seats fully so I don't have to worry about my baby putting her mouth directly on that stuff. The material isn't the softest, but it does feel like if she spills something we'll be covered. I love the print of it so much! It fold up into a bag that is attached! So it is only one piece! It can be a little tricky getting it to fit nicely in the bag, but once you get the hang of it, it's no problem! Which is super nice. We got it caught on a cart and it held up wonderfully! Use it every time we go to the store and throw this over the shopping basket and protects from the germs on the basket. There are pockets for phone or keys. Very handy for toys as well. Love the Minnie Mouse designs!!

The elastic allows just enough stretch to make it work on the large Costco carts, and also enough to fit snugly on a high chair.
