  • Impressive
Color: Black Size: Large (2 Tier)
This is a review of the Sakugi Dish Drying Rack. It is made from very sturdy stainless steel. It took about 20 minutes to put it together. Very easy. Make sure you’re matching the correct part to the picture on the instructions because there are slight differences between parts that are easy to miss. I have now been using this rack for a little over a week. When I first got it, I was concerned that water would drip down behind the sink controls. That proved to be not a problem. Everything drips directly into the sink. That impressed me. You can make it different widths, so make sure to check the dimensions to see if it will fit your sink, but it seems like it will fit all sinks. There are two baskets. One has 9 slots for letting dishes dry. The other basket does not, and I use it for mugs, shot glasses, Tupperware, anything really. There is also a utensil container attached to the second basket, and that also drips directly over the sink. I am one person. I usually cook for one or two, and this rack holds all our dishes, utensils, and the pots. I was concerned it would not be sturdy enough for my big, heavy pans, but that turned out to not be the case. It holds the weight no problem. There are also two containers below that. One is perfect to keep my dishwashing soap, handsoap, and scrubbers in. The other container is a metal basket on the lower right for large knives (ie chefs knives). It will not hold dinner knives. It would need to have a cross bar near the top to work for regular knives. So the dinner knives have to go into the utensil basket to dry. I also use it for my straw cleaner. One thing that needs to be changed are the hooks. They will not hold the handle of a coffee mug. They are too small. I use one to hang my bottle brush from and use another to hang my sink rags. There is a side slot that will hold a cutting board and/or a pot cover. This is useful, as I always use cutting boards. I don’t think the hooks and the chefs knife holder is enough of an issue to take off stars. I give this rack 5 stars. ... show more

  • Just what I needed for my kitchen
Color: Black Size: Large (2 Tier)
The Sakugi dish rack exceeded my expectations. Its modern and elegant design looks great in the kitchen, and it’s also very functional. It holds plenty of plates, glasses, and utensils, and the material feels sturdy and easy to clean. Assembly was quick and simple. Perfect for anyone looking for a practical solution without sacrificing style. I’d definitely buy it again. ... show more

  • Lightweight and adjustable
Color: Black Size: Large (2 Tier)
This rack is very lightweight and adjustable. I can easily move it around my kitchen. It holds a decent amount of dishes, more than the countertop version Ive bought in local stores before. It is fairly slip resistant, depending on the countertop material. It seems like decent construction, especially for the price. You can reconfigure parts of it to suit yourself. It is easy to put together, room about 5 minutes from opening the box to finished construction. Only concern is that it is a little top heavy. Be careful to put it where it isn't likely to get knocked over. I have 2 boys and a dog that will find a way to knock things over. ... show more

  • Well designed. Creates space. A must have if you hand wash.
Color: Black Size: Large (2 Tier)
I have a small galley size kitchen. I hand wash my dishes. I do have a dish washer, which imho is a useless appliance. There's a filter in the dish washer that gets gunked up if you don't wash the dishes before you put them in the dish washer. Duh. So what's the point of the dishwasher? I did remove the filter and ran the dish washer that way...for a period of time. But my unit is a condo. I decided to not risk creating a plumbing problem by having crud sent through the drain hose of my dish washer, so I went back to hand washing. This rack unit adds a whole bunch of counter space. Not only that, my most used utensils stay in the rack and and are right there to use when I need them. There's a basket just for dish soap and sponges, etc., which makes my sink area much neater. I usually wait awhile before reviewing stuff that i buy. I've only had this unit for a week, but this product is a no brainer. It's inexpensive, and is a well enginered and innovative product. The assembly is actually pretty simple, but initially seemed more difficult because the instructions are in tiny print. I've seen worse instructions. Read carefully and look at the pictures. You'll get through it. A must have if you hand wash. ... show more

  • While the material is thin, it works very well and is very sturdy
Color: Black Size: Large (2 Tier)
Although while the metal is thin, it will definitely hold some pots and pans up there with stuff dangling from it and a bunch of dishes on it. I was shocked at How well this thing works. It is definitely cleared up a lot of space on my counter, which is what I was looking to do at first I thought it would get in the way being right in my face, but it’s pushed back far enough on the counter that it works absolutely fine and does not get in my way at all. If you’re looking to save space by this thing, the price is right and it’s actually quality. ... show more

  • Sturdy and Fits All You Needs
Color: Black Size: XX-Large (3 Tier)
I absolutely love it. It wasn't too difficult to put together. There is a few parts that are tough to put on there and still not sure if it is supposed to be like that (fruit backet and the suction cups pain to get on). It holds my dishes on there pretty good and doesn't fall on me. I don't like hiw my dawn dish soap doesn't fit under there. I had to go buy a soup dispenser. But other than that it's pretty amazing. ... show more

  • Measure from sink/faucet for a Perfect fit
Color: White Size: Large (2 Tier)
Great product. Space saver when you need every bit of countertop space for your other cooking needs. A relief not having a big bulky disc straining eyesore on top of my counter. The only thing I personally struggle with is the cutlery drainer being so small if I’m washing dishes after cooking and feeding I’m gonna need it to hold more than two spoons and a fork. Maybe a drip tray to go over the sink part where your water is dripping being added would be a nice additional upgrade. Cost interchangeable size Stability: Very sturdy Versatility: Using small s hooks really added areas for cooking utensils to hang after rinsing. ... show more
