My DIL loved hers so much that I ordered one for my kitchen. The only thing I would change is the length of the bars. I have an OLD kitchen with a wide porcelain sink. My son fabricated a longer bar for me.

When I recieved the item originally I was using it over a smaller sink. So missing parts wasn't a major deal. I find the item quite useful. Allowing me to store my dishes out of the way saving me counter space as well as cabinet space. I would like to see an option to order parts to replace what was missing, as well as replace something that was damaged in a recent move.
