The costume fit him perfectly, but the hat/cap portion was bent and it falls off his head easily. The costume top is foam so it gets creased and bent easily which is obnoxious. The stitching between the helmet and the skull came undone and had to be repaired multiple times. Granted, my son was wearing it every chance he could between the multiple Halloween parties and it turning too cold/wet to play outside in it, but the seam should have held up regardless.
