Total Simon Sinek ripoff. If this book has an editor s/he needs to be fired - the numerous grammatical and punctuation errors almost made me put it down. Bathla basically takes Sinek's research in "Find Your Why" and dumbs it down to a fourth grade reading level. Easy reading if you just want a primer on the topic, but if you want to really study your "Why," you need to stick with the original. ... show more

This must have been self-published and self-edited because the author's first language is clearly not English. The excessive grammar, punctuation, and mis-used word errors throughout made this a very difficult read for me. As other reviewers have noted, this is Simon Sinek's material, dumbed down. That said, many may find this version easier to grasp than Sinek's work. A good effort and an important topic, though. I would encourage the author to pay for professional editing (or at least have a native English-speaker proof it) before publishing his next work. ... show more

    • Good Book with the WORST AUDIOBOOK NARRATION I HAVE EVER HEARD
The narrator continually leaves out words, uses cadence that doesn't match punctuation. Changes cadence at the wrong times. Changes conjugation of words. Is basically impossible to listen to.
