I bought similar shoes three times from the major competitor and returned them each time. They were just too uncomfortable no matter the size, but I was determined to find a pair of waterproof sandals to wear while walking my dog. Eureka! I'm so happy I didn't relent because I love these. It's remarkable how comfortable they are considering the price during prime day was a bit "too good to be true," but I'm of the mindset quality isn't solely based on the amount paid. I was impressed at the cushioning when stepping in. The band across the top is neither tight or loose. Straight out of the package they are truly the perfect find. I purchased a similar product recently from a different retailer and I figured I should get another pair to have as a backup so when I saw this product, I figured I'd buy it from amazon and save me a couple of bucks. I figured the product would be the same but was I wrong. They definitely look similar except for the ones I got before; they seem a little firmer. Don't get me wrong, they are both comfortable, but I realized that for me being a little firmer is a good thing due to that extra support. One might not notice it if you've never owned them before or if you have but they are old so they've already lost some of that cushion. On my case, I had both of them new to compare side by side. Aside from that, I'd recommend going a size bigger if you plan on wearing them with socks. I normally wear them without socks though at time I do but right away take the socks off because otherwise my foot does not fit. For the record, I normally wear size 10.5 so figured the next size up would be fine and they are as long as I don't wear them with socks. ... show more

    • They Actually Feel Good!
These generic “cushion” shower shoes can be found being sold under many different brand names. I purchased these for my teenage son who has the same size foot as I do, but his feet are more slender than mine. My feet are wider. I tried them on. The cushioning effect for tired feet is great! I wish they were a smidgen wider for a more comfortable fit, but they will be perfect for his feet. I presently wear a far more expensive and distinctive brand name, that are made for cushioning and recovery. The soft feel of both shoes was close enough. This more expensive brand is wider, and has a nicer molded look. After that, it’s just the price difference that stands out. If I can find this generic version for the same cheaper price with slightly more width, I’ll buy them as a backup to my more expensive pair. The only thing I can add is that after feeling the material that these shoes are made of, no one has to advise me to not leave them in direct sunlight or in a very warm environment. They feel like they would melt or shrink because they are so soft and reasonably pliable. Good luck finding the right fit for yourselves. ... show more

I bought these with the expectation that they would be kind of squishy and comfy to wear around the house, but they were actually pretty hard and weren’t comfortable. This sizing for this style of shoe seems to always correspond to the bottom of the sole, so you need to size up to compensate for the thick ridge around the footbed. I found that to be true for this style as well - I am normally a women’s 9 and I think I sized up to 10/11 and it was just large enough. As a pool slide that you won’t be wearing for terribly long, these are probably fine if you can get them on sale. But they wouldn’t be comfortable long term so I sent them back. ... show more

I literally love these slides, I wear them as house shoes but I had to get another pair for outside and the beach. They are so incredibly comfortable and affordable. I am 5ft so these give me well over an inch in height which I love. They are so squishy and comfortable. I wear a 6.5 and ordered a 6. They fit great. They are tight when you first get them but they form to fit your feet the more you wear them. Which for me is every single day. I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and these have been the most comfortable and successful shoe I’ve found to just wear around the house. But now I’m buying more to go out in. I love these slides so much, I have the tan, pink and black, I will be getting more colors! ... show more
