Fits perfectly, sounds good, quality seems good initially. Nice note that is better than stock, but is not obnoxious. In response to reviews that say the cuts are too long on the pipe, it's possible to install like that. You have to keep a close eye on installation, but there are no issues with mine. Installation is fairly simple if you have mechanical skills. The hardest part really is getting the OEM muffler off. You will probably need to lube the original bolts and nuts with PB Blaster. A great deal at the price point for sure, especially if you have any DIY skills. I did it on the ground on my back. Was not difficult. Get a hanger removal tool on Amazon. It will help and is not expensive. Could only post one video, so mine is the after installation sound. Deeper than stock. Update: A few thoughts after a couple of weeks. 1) This is more aggressive of a muffler than I anticipated, making the cabin noise more than expected. I like the sound of the muffler, so it doesn't really bother me, but be aware. 2) There is a drone at about 1750RPM at certain loads. Even with the resonators still attached. 3) Watch carefully the alignment of the tail pipes when installing. I need to go back and re-align one. Still a better tone than stock, but it is louder inside the truck than I expected.

This is great product for the price, I was big fan of Totalflow exhausts for Rams, they seem to be harder to find on Amazon, so I thought I would give this a shot. It took me about 2.25 hours with a trip to Advanced auto parts about 2 miles away. The hardest part was removal of my old muffler from my 2011 Ram 1500, total rust. I ended up buying a exhaust hanging wrench/plier. Made hanger removal so much easier. The entire muffler was rusted to the pipes, sawzalled the muffler out, then used a grinder to cut the old clamps and parts of the old muffler out, thank good for HF Bauer tools for this DYIer. The rest was easy, needed the wife to hold the tail pipes while I lined them up, because they had to come out of their hangers, then everything went right in. Super happy with the sound, at $109 how could you go wrong. Didn’t want to spend 300-400$ on an exhaust on a 16 year old truck, highly recommended.

This all in all worked good. Good value, clamps are good the sounds is great but not super loud. The only thing is on the inlet and outlets they sliced them a little to far. So there is a small leak. But a little weld fixed that

Quality material. Was very easy to install even for Diyers. Sounds amazing. Would prefer the a slots not to be so long causing a gap in pipe, but with a little adjustments it was fixed quite reasonably. Clamps was very simple and made install quick. Very pleased and satisfied.

Obviously it's not a high dollar exhaust, but for the money it is 100% worth it. I got the 18in stainless for my 2014 Ram 1500. Biggest aggravation with install was getting the original muffler off. The new one isn't perfect, but with a little fiddling it fits fine. Note is quiet at idle, but gets more aggressive with throttle without being annoying. If you're looking for that deep "Truck" sound without literally disturbing the peace, it's just a bit louder than stock. Drone is minimal and really only noticable when the MDS kicks in. Would 100 percent recommend, especially for the price!

3 things that would have saved some time and neck cramps had I acknowledged from the start. First is that your not gonna reuse the old muffler. It might cost $500 for a replacement stock muffler but you don't want a stock muffler which is why you're here. Mine dumped about 3 gallons of rusty water/goo when I got it out, too, so let it go now. You can just cut the muffler stubs off and then knock them off the pipes to save time and hassle. Second, the stock clamps have 15mm nuts and the clamps that come with this muffler have 17mm. That'll save you two trips out from under your truck and back to your toolbox, haha! It doesn't take much tools to do this job, a decent impact, a muffler cutter (either a sawzall or the weird chain thing the tweaker left behind when you interrupted his attempt at your cat), and some striking implements to knock off the stubs. Third, the actual muffler part (18" black version) is dimensionally and visually identical to a name brand "welded" muffler who's logo is a bird that's often mistaken for a roadrunner. I'm super happy with the improved sound. Like others have said, it's got more throat but not a lot more volume, which is what I wanted because even though I'm immature I still like my neighbors!
