I literally just took them out of the box about 20 minutes ago because I was dancing around to a bachata playlist and remembered I hadn't used these yet. These are so rad!!! I haven't even looked for the videos because these let me dance right along to the music I was listening to already. But I'll check those out for sure. Definitely recommend using a wall to help you get on if it's been a while since you've done balance work, but once you're on, they're really sturdy. I'm 5'6" 249lbs right now (which is why I bought these because I need some fun cardio to get in shape to go back to my previous workouts before quarantine weight took over), and I felt completely supported. I'd also recommend moving GENTLY at first so that you don't strain your back. They're fun and really make you move, so it's easy to want to do larger movements than you should at the beginning. I don't see these as total backbreakers if you're mindful of your body mechanics, but you should still take it easy if you're getting back into shape or getting in shape for the first time. Only giving 4 stars for now because it's only been 15 minutes and it'd be weird to give them 5 stars so soon. But if we go by how much I'm already sweating and how much I can feel it in my waist, thighs, and HIPS - I'll be back to add that other star in no time. :)

Stumbled upon this on Amazon & I decided to give it a try! Super simple to use right out of the box. There are exercise routines already on YouTube that you can workout with, but, I like the routine that's right here on Amazon much better. Just click on the photos & scroll to the video & click ▶️ play. I'm overweight & it was easy enough to follow along comfortably. I started out slow & only finished 12 minutes into the workout as I didn't want to over-do then be hurting the next day. Next two days came & went & absolutely no muscle soreness. This product is A-🆗👌 & I ❤️ it!!

I purchased this as a gift for my 52 year old daughter. She loves it. I am 74 and I use it also. Great for improving my Balance. It’s a slight challenge getting on them and that’s what makes them fun for me.

Works great. It does move a little but do an issue for me. I have thin plastic chair mat i use to protect my floor so not and issue.

I have had my DIPDA swivel twisters for a few weeks and LOVE THEM. I use them while standing at my sit/stand desk during meetings. They are easy to use and feel great on my lower back and hips. Everyone that comes to my house tries and loves them !!!

I bought the cheaper version (YesAll) because it was $20.00 cheaper. That version cracked on the first day and then cracked more, not because of weight (I'm 5'3 130lb). I decided to buy Dipda and it's sturdier but lightweight. So far so good, it's pretty good.

The media could not be loaded. These are fun! Super easy to use too ...makes me want to dance. I recommend these ...wear the correct shoes though in the video, I have my garden shoes one and the bottoms are thick. (Wrong shoes) Position your foorlt in the middle for best balance. I would stand near a wall of back of couch incase your need the support or feel off balance. I wear a size 8, for reference, imported a photo without shoes with heels at the back and you can see that a smaller or much larger foot size should be fine too. Start slow and work up to what's comfortable would be my best suggestion. Overall I love these.
