    • Finally a good tension band system!

Decided to stop going to the gym again because of delta. Ive wasted money on tension band sets in the past…I’m used to moderately heavy weights (“regular” bench press sets hover around 180lbs, curl sets around 90lbs, etc). The problem with tension bands is that they offer minimal resistance for the first portion of an exercise…you’re not getting full resistance until you’re at least half way through the motion. That’s why THIS system is so great! The adjustable straps allow you to modify where resistance actually begins and it works out AWESOMELY! It’s great for curls and standing shoulder press, and if you have any sort of adjustable incline weight bench you can do a nice job with various chest press exercises. I prefer not to use the door anchor only because the doors in my apartment aren’t very solid, but I’m sure it could be a good replacement for a bench if you don’t have one. My only suggestion on improvement is that they add some sort of measurement system on the straps, it’s not a big deal to make sure they’re even, but measurement lines would make it even easier as to not break the flow of the workout.
