These lights have been perfect for the new dining room built in I've been working on. I was able to easily install them and plug them in using the regular plugs so there was no electrical work required. They work great and we leave them on all the time. I have noticed some flicker but I think that's only because of the light bulbs I used as I've had the same issue with those bulbs in my other fixtures as well. ... show more
