Not sure how well the unit would be packaged after reading about others getting a box filled with some but not all the parts. This unit came like a brand new unit. All original parts in the factory box and completely sealed. Very, very pleased!!!!

    • Overheating error on every flight
It was late arriving and they wouldnt take it back . SO i flew it and its junk. Flew four times and had a gimble motor overheating error all four times. Digital Village, the seller, has terrible customer service and sells shoddy products. They said its not returnable because of the lithium ion batteries being hazardous. Well, they didnt drive it to my house, they mailed it. Tried to work with amazon on a return, they would contact the seller and they would tell them they would send me a return label but then i would get a message from Digital VIllage stating that i had to do the return process, which would run me in a big circle.....DO NOY BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. ... show more

    • Batteries not charging
Tried for over an hour to get this drone returned. Said it was not returnable! Tried everything to get to the seller, and unfortunately got a stupid assistant robot. I'm not at all happy at this moment, and even made payments on this $1,000 toy. It's a bunch of crap that I cannot speak with someone about this. Fixing to close my account and they can stickbthis drone up their ....... cancelling payment on this piece of crap too. ... show more

It comes with everything in the picture. The DJI Air 2S comes sealed in the original box. I’m super excited about being able to get this guy in the air.
