This was a gift for my son who is really into music. He loved it! I like the look of it, that it is not super huge and bulky in his room. It has a very MCM feel to the look of it, and the piece doesn’t overwhelm you when you enter the room. It took 10-15 minutes to put together, it was fairly simple and easy. Most of that time was spent getting everything out of the packaging. It plays well, and has loads of functions, like the fact that he can plug in his headphones and play and only he can hear it and it is not keeping everyone in the house awake! It is extremely easy to use and my younger daughter sometimes sneaks into her brother’s room to play with it.

buyer beware. just spend the extra money on a reputable keyboard, this is a very low quality keyboard that cuts out if you play more than 7 notes concurrently, has terrible action and is not worth the money.

First of all I teach piano and have been playing for my whole life. I have a grand piano & 4 professional-grade digital piano/keyboards at school (where I teach), a professional keyboard at church where I play - I just needed something for my children to play at home. The good (for the price) about this keyboard: GREAT size, VERY nice looking, action was nice and touch sensitivity was fine, sound was actually good - again this was all considering the price. If you're looking for professional quality, you need to spend professional money. The bad: The pedal wouldn't work at all so I had to send it back. I was actually super bummed becasue everything else was EXACTLY what was I was needing.
