Sink and faucet are in a great quality with lots of accessories. The LED light and display were not working during our installtion. After contact the seller, we found out the motor in a wrong direction. Once we switched the motor in a correct dircetion, the LED light and display will be working. I think there might be lots of people put the wrong direction of the motor, I will attach in the review for showing the correct direction of the motor and hope it could help other buyers. In a simple word, just switch the direction of the motor if the LED light and display not working then everything will be ready! Seller is responsive and patient, the seller will send an installation guideline after the order was placed, and he/she could reply the message of problems you had and provide helpful solution. It did not include the flex hose for the drinking water (i feel like this should be included as it is a simple part) it did not connect to my drainage, although i am in US and it could just be my old af pipes. We had to buy extra parts for it to work right. Thank goodness my husband is a general contractor, i cant imagine THAT plumber bill. The display is not showing up, even after swapping the direction of the motor. We had it correct as far as i can tell according to the picture in the comments, but now we have switched it around, and its still not working. It does not have compatibility with a dishwasher, although with our parts run to lowes, we were able to rectify this issue. It is a decent sink for the price and all the gadgets that it comes with, if you put aside the fact that the led is not working and it was missing parts. It looks great, its not leaking (with someone installing that knows what they are doing) and its functioning for the most part. I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars because with the 40 dollars that we spent on top of the price of the sink, its definitely my favorite sink i have ever had.

Looks cool and love the gadgets that come with sink, but COMPANY did not send all the parts, unable to connect garbage disposal. Cost me EXTRA for plumber because parts missing, taps cheap, not sure how I'm going to fix that. The light on sink is not bright, considering cost and the plumber having to get extra parts to make things work. I wouldn't recommend buying this, disappointing as it looks great, but till you get it, it's a whole different story. To bad.

Sink is nice looking with lots of function. The installation is not really hard and there is installation video in the listing could help which is good. LED light looks amazing, we will keep updating for the sink. It is a good choice for our kitchen so far.

This is so crappy. The facet option has failed. Meaning it won't change the spray option to the regular facet setting. So now it sprays EVERYTHING and EVERYWHERE. Haven't even had it installed for 6 months. Wish I could get my money back for sure.

We had new quartzite counter put in our kitchen and wanted this sink. Even know it is really a prep sink and is big enough for a kitchen sink as long as you don't always leave the strainers, cutting board in sink. You do not need electric. It is diffiently a drop in sink and can not be use under counter. Cons: does not have mounting clips, can not hook up garbage disposal to it because of weird European size.

I would buy again however the “drinking” faucet is only there should you decide to have a reverse osmosis system otherwise it’s just for show. Other reviews states a few leaks and they are correct BUT nothing you can take care of if you know what you are doing or have a plumber to install. Other than those 2 issues it works beautifully (we have in temporary waiting on countertops) OH instructions are a little hard but customer service gets right back to you.
