This is a fantastic inexpensive NFC contact card for personal or work use. I recommend it for anyone who is interested in trying the tech out and doesn't mind not being able to customize the physical card itself. The card itself is fine - the finish on it picks up fingerprints a little easily but I keep it tucked into the back of my business card case anyway. It has a QR code on one side for people who don't trust or can't use NFC. I don't foresee any issues with it and haven't had any so far. The app (at least on Android) is easy to understand and it has lots of different fields/info to display on the profile that appears when people tap to the card. There's a share screen as well that you can use to show your QR code, or to easily share a link to your profile. There's no fee or membership cost (at least as of 10/23). The real home run so far for me has been the product support. I had a minor issue setting up the app, so I sent in a support email. Dan, the CEO of the company, directly replied to the email! After some back-and-forth about the details, he had not only handled my issue, but also pushed an app update so it wouldn't impact others. That's a big deal for connected/online products like this - the card is only going to be as good as the online support for it continues to exist. Knowing the company is on top of minor support issues gives me more confidence that they'll be around in the future.

So easy to use and excellent customer service. I can make real time updates and share immediately. Although I plan to get physical business cards, this is a great option for customers to add my info to their contacts.

Super easy to setup on the app, just go to add card, scan card with your smartphone, card is then added to your account/profile ;) I tested my card after activation and works well on my iPhone thankfully :) *If they add in the app analytics for free in the future that would be super awesome! Currently I’m a promoter and am utilizing the tapSnap card for digital promotions, if you would like to check out my profile it’s pretty cool! I live in a small town outside of Houston and recently started being more social by going to the bar and making new friends and meeting girls and such. Now, when I meet someone I like or make a new friend or whatever, I literally just pull the card out and hold it to the back of their phone for just a second, and a notification pops up on their phone to add me as a contact. It's freaking cool! It's actually super fun to see their reaction! Everyone thinks it's super cool! The customization is great, with the ability to add all kinds of social media and even custom links and websites. I have phone/text, email, WhatsApp, telegram, discord, signal, and Instagram set up on mine. There is a TON more that you can do. The profile you set up is nice, too. For example, when you tap your card on their phone, it shows up with a banner and a profile picture. I love this thing. No joke, it's the coolest thing I have bought in forever! I plan on getting another card in a different color for work contacts!
