My 15 year old son has "had the best sleep of his life" on this bed. As soon as he laid on it I knew we had a winner. The only downside is he doesn't want to get out of bed now. Even the dog has migrated to this being his favorite bed to sleep on. Opening the bed up was easy and it came with a cutting tool to help make that easy. I would recommend following the directions when you do that so the bed doesn't spring into you and knock you over. There were not any harsh smells or odors when we opened this up and while I feel like we could have used it immediately, we waited a day just to make sure everything was nice and fluffy. Great bed, great value and arrived quickly.

This full-size mattress is 12 inches thick and feels firm, which I like for my back pain. It's a mix of gel memory foam and separate springs, so it helps keep me from feeling movement. It's good for pressure and back pain. It's tested to be safe and has good edge support. They even let you try it for 100 nights. It was easy to take it out of the box, but took several hours to get the final shape. No bad smells. I like the darker color, looks amazing. Highly recommended!

This mattress has individually wrapped coils as well as memory foam on top. So it is a combo mattress. It arrives in a surprisingly small box and unpacks rather violently, so be careful. Once it’s opened up, it fluffs right up with no waiting. The mattress is super sturdy and heavy and feels nice quality. I would say it’s a firm mattress, but it does have the layer of memory foam on top, so it’s still comfortable. There was no odor to have to air out. This is a very nice mattress, especially for this price! If you like a medium-firm mattress, this is for you.
