Its shy of a couple days from a week,and i wanted to give my honest review on this bed. We unrolled it and i say bout 4 hours later we were already sleeping on it. Half way through the night i thought i made a bad decision buying a cheap bed because i felt it was too soft. By the next time i went to bed the mattress felt more firm and was very comfortable. I say its a good buy.

I’ve been using the DIFAME Queen Size Mattress for a few days now, and overall, I’m quite satisfied. The memory foam and individually pocketed springs provide excellent motion isolation and pressure relief. The edge support is also impressive, making the mattress feel sturdy and durable. My only complaint is that it’s a bit firmer than I expected, but it’s still comfortable for a good night’s sleep. I wake up refreshed and ready to tackle the day. I would recommend this purchase.

This mattress is AMAZING! For me it has the perfect balance between firmness and softness. When I lay on it, it perfectly supports me. It gives just the right amount. I'm a relatively heavy person at about 270 lbs, and this mattress doesn't give me any hot spots when I sleep on my side or back. It's quiet, and manages my body temperature perfectly. I love it! My only complaint would be that I hate getting out of it in the morning!

The mattress is nice to look at but that's about all. It's a very soft mattress. You sink into it the moment you sit or lay on it. The sides curve down. My husband woke up with more hip and back pain and it didn't do much better for me either. There's no firm at all to it. I already hate it. I'll need to look for a topper or new mattress. I wouldn't buy this again ever. If soft is what you want this is perfect.

Update: customer support was extremely helpful and helped resolve the issue! It doesn’t expand to 14 inches. It’s been 96 hours so far. Wanted a taller mattress. Disappointed we have to buy a mattress topper to get to the height we want. Not worth the value. Should have paid for the 12 inch instead since that’s what it expanded to.
