I've bought Dickies brand stuff for work shirts and work pants so I figured I'd give their scrubs a try. For a size 30-32 waist they fit pretty well. Not too tight around the waist but not too loose either once you adjust them. There's a ton of room to store stuff, including: 2 back, 2 front, 2 side pockets, and two loops on the right side for clipping on small instruments. The downside is the leg length was 1 or 2" too long for someone with a 30" leg length and I'll have to get them tapered at some point. Overall the feel is very soft and light. They don't retain heat well so I imagine during summer time they will help keep me cool. The design feels off somehow? Like they took a bunch of separate pieces of fabric and stiched them together like a patchwork cloth. It doesn't affect how durable they are and it's not noticeable really unless you look closely. For the price they are totally worth it. I recommend trying them on locally at a nearby shop that sells scrubs first before buying them.

I really liked the design of these. I wear only Dickies Scrubs size Large, and when I put these on, they were a more skin-tight appearance. They were flexible so I think the overall size was the same and not sure what going 1 size up would do. Since I loved the design and the size was flexible, the skin-tight look was not something I was going for, and expected these to fit similarly to all the other dickies scrubs I use.

Nice pants if they fit you. L Tall were way too tight in the groin and gave everyone a show, XL Tall fit well there, but were like 8 inches longer in the inseam and way too long.

I love these scrubs pants, but the stitching started to come out after about a month and a half of use. I work full time in an emergency room, so I am moving a lot throughout my shift, and usually have a lot of things in my pockets. I am 6 feet tall, weight 185, and wear a size medium. They are not busting at the seams or anything - they fit comfortably at the waist, hips, and thighs, and are looser below the knees. One thing I really like about these pants is that they do not collect lint and dust like regular cotton scrubs, and they hang nicely on my frame without bunching up anywhere. They are also very comfortable, and breathable. What I don't like about them is that the stitching has started to come out after just a month and a half of use. The right back pocket is now open on the bottom because the thread has broken, and the inseam below the fly is tearing open. Since the material is so thin, I'm afraid that if I sew these myself they will just end up ripping from the sewing needle. In conclusion - these are super comfortable and I would recommend them for someone who doesn't fill their pockets, and who isn't constantly on the go during their 12-hour shift. Otherwise you should get something a little more durable, or get a size up from what you normally would get so their is less stress on the stitching.

Pros: very comfortable. Very lightweight. Like pajamas for work. Cons: the waist elastic is weak and the drawstring is weak also. It's a constant battle to keep them up. Also, no cargo pocket on R side! Why would you do that? There are elastic straps on R side which I find completely useless. I'll keep these, but won't order any more of them.

One con: Check the sizes, I did not realized that out of the ones I ordered there would be a size down as well.
