Easily apply eye makeup with this 5-piece set of Diane Double-Sided Makeup Brushes. Includes 10 applicators to apply eye shadow, eyeliner and mascara. Great for creating dramatic looks or for everyday makeup. How to Use: For applying eyeliner: Use the smaller, tapered brushes to create a precise, defined look. For applying eye shadow: Use the larger, wider brushes and blend shadow all over the lid. With the angled brush, apply darker shadow in the crease. With the smaller flat brush, apply highlighter under the eyebrow. For applying mascara: Dip the mascara comb applicator into a tube of mascara. Work the comb beginning at the root of lashes. Using a side-to-side motion, move the wand up lashes. Repeat 2-3 times until desired look is achieved. For bottom lashes, apply downwards in a side-to-side motion.

Great brushes! Easy to use and the Eyebrow brush is amazing! I have sparse brows and this is the best tool for creating the perfect Eyebrow. Just dip the brush into an eyeshadow color that's a shade matching the root of your hair (usually a shade darker) and fill in your brows.I have to create "pretend" brows where there is no hair.This technique makes elongation easy and looks completely believable and no one can tell my brows aren't anything but my own. This is a great set of brushes for the beginning make-up aficionado. The bristles could be softer as they are intended on being used on a sensitive area after all (eyelid). My personal favorites are the larger brown bristled brush, white bristled brush, and eyelash brush. The larger brown bristled brush is great for initial coverage and blending. The white bristled brush is excellent for getting into your eye crease and corner to add depth. The eyelash brush is wonderful for separating your lashes after applying mascara even if your mascara is getting older. That being said, I did not have high expectations and you get what you pay for! If you are serious into make up then I would buy a higher quality set but these are perfect for daily abuse. I have used this set for 2 months now and they are holding up well. ... show more

As far as I'm concerned it has all the brushes I need to get the desired look that I always like to have when applying eyeshadow. It also have what I need to do my eyebrows and eyelashes. It can tend to shed. But that is expected when purchasing a cheap item. Some of the bristles can be a little scratchy. So beware of that if you have sensitive skin. Maybe there is some kind of solution that can be use to clean them and make them a little softer? If there is please let me know. What is do love about it is that it is double ended, multipurpose use with each peice. It decrease the amount of handels of your typical eye shadow tool. ... show more

I don't use makeuo often so I don't like spending a ton on it but I have been trying to learn to apply it better when I do and realized I need some tools. This set is a bargain and the quality is not terrible compared to the price. They are disposable in that I doubt they would survive a cleaning but if you are trying to figure out what tools you might want to splurge on this is a great starter set. ... show more

Yeah, these work! For the record, I am NOT (I repeat, NOT) what one might call "good" at make-up. But I do put it on my face every day! As well as I can! And these brushes help. And there are lots of them in this set, which means I have lots of ways to flail around every morning while I try to look presentable. In all honesty, if you are a beginner looking for simple brushes at a cheaper price, these are the best. They are soft, hairs do not fall out, and get the job done. I am not a beginner and I actually love these brushes. Just so you are aware because I was not, the second brush in the picture (with white hairs) is a coarser brissle, not soft in fluffy, however it is nice when you want to pack on product. ... show more
