we have fed this dog food for several years. It is always been a great product. I do say that we have had issues with shipping when we have gotten multiple bags at a time where we have had to go to the post office to pick up the dog food when we have ordered more than two bags at a time. We have 10 hunting dogs they seem to like the taste they have never had diarrhea and the ingredients seem to be ok. ... show more

I tell you what, having two dogs at 60 & 70 pounds, (American and Irish Staffordshire), it gets pretty expensive to feed these babies. But the cost is more reasonable than other foods, using one bag per month. They love the taste, gobbling it up without taking a breath, which is important. I do not see any negative effects on them or in their bowels, which is good as I always monitor their health. My pups have energy and have good coats/skin. ... show more

Great product my dog loves it, just not sure why the seller bumped the price up, it's still only 40 dollars at Menards,I understand putting your extras on but 30 dollars is a bit much. That's almost another bag of food. I'll definitely buy again just not from this seller.

The best transition from Diamond Puppy to adult food. The pellets are slightly (~2.5x bigger than puppy kibble, about the size of a dime) Our Pomsky was curious once the bag was opened. Handed her a piece to try and after that, she couldn’t wait until I filled her bowl so she stole some from the container before I could get the lid back on :) Very well balanced for her stomach, no oddities in stool activity. We have two doodles that have eaten this everyday for years... since birth. They don't love ...love the taste of it so they eat it when they are hungry and not just because there is food in front of them. In return they are super healthy. That's not to say they do not like it, they do, but they don't treat it like a steak dinner just because there is food in front of them. ... show more

I'm writing this review on behalf of my dogs, who, thankfully, have not figured out how to log into Amazon to leave reviews (or make purchases) themselves. I have dogs of all ages and sizes and they all eat this food. They tolerate it very well (no digestive issues), they're all healthy, and they lick their bowls clean. The food isn't greasy and it doesn't have any fake colors. It's a simple dry kibble that keeps even my 18-year-old dog going. This is more expensive than your standard Dog Chow for sure, but it's not nearly as expensive as the premium brands. I've found it to be a good, solid food at a reasonable price point. So if you're like me and don't want to feed your dogs the grocery store brands but can't afford the best stuff on the market, try this. ... show more
