I was excited to receive the phone only to find out that it is not compatible with my current phone company, Verizon. The phone is an older model and the back comes off with an exposed battery. Before sending the phone back I reached out to several phone companies (metro pcs, t-mobile, cricket, AT&T) to see if I can get the phone turned on with them and just like Verizon most of them stated the phone was locked and not able to get turned on.
