This soap produces a good lather and leaves my skin feeling thoroughly clean. The familiar scent is fresh without lingering too heavily afterward. Each bar lasts a reasonable amount of time as long as it is allowed to dry between uses.

Took me a minute to find the soap bar I remember as a kid and I finally found it as some other places I purchased, I can tell it wasnt the same. I wash with this antibacterial soap following workouts and its amazing. If you feel it dries your skin due to the antibacterial properties, you can always wash with your usual soap after. I do not recommend washing with this daily, but ever so often or after days where you're sweating a lot its good to use a good antibacterial soap. ... show more

This product didn’t come in the dial box that is pictured and the bar soap itself is dark yellow instead of light yellow which is different from the dial I’m used to buying in stores. This product seems to work similarly as the light yellow one so I’m guessing this is an older version of the product. I can tell this product works because every morning when I shower I use this in addition to exfoliating gloves and when I rinse you can see some dead skin cells coming off. In the shower, I typically wash once with this and then rinse and scrub my body again with this product and it makes me feel squeaky clean. I typically scrub 2-3x with exfoliating gloves while rinsing after every scrub. No other soap (besides hibiclens) makes me feel as clean as this bar soap. Not even dial liquid soaps make me feel as clean. This soap really strips the oily part of your skin and dead cells. It can be a little drying so moisturizing afterwards is a must, unless you intentionally want to be dry. The scent is a light floral smell that doesn’t stay in your skin long. Can’t wait to try other dial bar soaps to see if they compare to this. I noticed more people are now using this bar soap, I hope it doesn’t sell out or get ridiculously pricy. ... show more
