Item came in what was left of a box. The UPS lady said it was boxed inside - it was not. The mattress came with a tie around it and dirty. As you can see the instructions came out of the "box" bent and dirty. I really do like this futon after I cleaned it up. I just wish it had been brand new

I purchased this and was not happy, this item is not for plus size, the middle kept folding in I had to stay on end, I purchased a mattress quilt to ease my back pain on rails, so uncomfortable I gave it away.
