Surprisingly thick and well padded. It’s a narrow mat, I would have bought in wider options if I could. Standing on it is very comfortable, if you’re spending a lot of time in the kitchen this could be a very good ergonomic investment for you to make. It grips the floor well and is easy to clean. It is an attractive addition to a laminate, hardwood, or tile floor.

The DEXI mats are cheaply made and not nearly as nice as the picture portrays them. The material is thin and easily to tear or cut. Not sturdy at all. They look big in the picture but they are really small and don't cover the area in front of my sink or stove. I won't be getting anything else from this company. Definitely not going to hold up for sure. Don't waste your money!
