I didn’t realize how much of a difference changing out outlet and switch plate covers makes until recently, but I’m all for it! I ordered the (4) pack of aged bronze duplex covers to use in my living room. Switching out the old covers for these new ones was extremely simple, unscrewing one screw and removing then adding on the new and screwing it on. They look very modern which I like and blend with the rest of my decor pretty seamlessly. I think overall they do make the outlets more noticeable in a positive way and add a dash of class to the space they’re in. These are very easy to install and they elevate your room in just minutes. I did find that one of the outlets I wanted to use this for has a different kind of outlet. I didn't know there were different kinds, and was surprised to find that this would not work. The GFCI outlets, the kind with a circuit breaker and test button, do not accept this type of wall plate cover. The fact that I didn't know that shows just how little I know about these things, and yet I was able to use these successfully in several rooms.
